Orders & Shipping

All orders placed at Sasquatch Diesels are processed the same day or the next day. Depending on any additional processing that needs to be done, the item will be shipped within the next 24/48 hours (monday-friday) after being processed unless custom tunes are ordered. You'll receive a confirmation email after the package has been shipped and any relating tracking information. After the package has shipped it generally takes 5 to 9 business days for the product(s) to arrive at your door. We do offer faster shipping options but does come at a higher cost and you will need to email us for an exact quote. Additional shipping charges will be assessed depending on remote shipping location. Any remote locations along with any islands or anywhere air shipping is required will be additional cost. Please contact us for correct shipping charge if you are in a remote location.

Order Modification

Once an order is placed, it undergoes immediate processing, including the generation and payment of a shipping label. This swift processing enables timely delivery but also means orders cannot be canceled after purchase.

Already Shipped?

If you wish to make changes after your order has been dispatched but before receiving it, we kindly ask you to wait for delivery. Upon receipt, you can contact us and we will give you a quick resolution according to our policy. While we may attempt to halt the shipment if contacted before leaving our facility, please note that we do not accept returns for buyers remorse.

Eligibility:

All cancellations before being shipped out are subject to a 10% processing & credit card fee. Please ensure you wish to purchase the items before you finish the checkout process.

PLEASE NOTE:
Our Tuners with Custom Tuning services are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Most of our Tuners are vin specific and cannot be returned due to buyers remorse. We however stand behind our products 100% and a tech will be happy to help you with any issues that may arise as we always have and always will back our products 100%.

Faulty Tuner:

If your tuner is faulty due to reasons beyond your control, we will cover the return cost.

B. Returns for Exhausts, Race Pipes, and EGR Kits:

Non-returnable Items:

We no longer accept returns for exhausts, race pipes, and certain items like EGR kits.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product?

Exhausts & Race Pipes:

If your item is damaged more normal just dings or dents, we will provide a replacement part or a new product in severe cases of damage. In the event of an incorrect item, please contact us immediately for resolution.

EGR Kits:

Damaged or incomplete EGR kits will be replaced with necessary parts. For incorrect kits, we will promptly dispatch the correct one.‍‍

This off-road race only product ("this Product") is designed and intend for use in organized, amateur and professional racing events, but is limited to closed-course racing and open-course racing that is formally sanctioned by a recognized racing organization involving the motor vehicle in which it is installed (the "Vehicle"). It is not for use on public highways or roads nor is it for recreational off-road use other than solely for competition purposes. The person or entity buying this Product and/or using this Product (the "User") agrees to use the Vehicle solely for competition uses as described herein.

The User signing this disclaimer acknowledges and hereby indemnifies and saves harmless Sasquatch Diesels and any other business that is owned or works with Sasquatch Diesels. its officers, employees, agents, distributors and dealers for any damages, penalties, fines, expenses or other costs which may arise from the use of this product and without limiting the generality of the forgoing specifically acknowledges the following:

Use of this Product for purposes other than solely for competition is a violation of federal law and may violate applicable state or local environmental, motor vehicle and other laws. The User warrants that the product shall only be used in sanctioned closed-circuit events.

That use of this Product may violate warranties from the manufacturer of the Vehicle or from others.

That use of this Product may make the Vehicle unfit or unsafe for the purposes intended or for any purpose and cause personal injury, property damage or death.

That the installation of this Product, improper installation of this Product, use of this Product with other components or failure to use this Product in conjunction with other components, could result in or cause personal injury, property damage or death.

THIS PRODUCT IS FOR OFFROAD, CLOSED COURSE COMPETITION USE ONLY. THESE OFFROAD, CLOSED COURSE, RACE ONLY PRODUCTS ARE ONLY SOLD FOR CANADIAN USE AND INSTALL. ALL OTHER USES ARE CONTRARY TO FEDERAL LAW IN MANY OTHER COUNTRIES. IF YOU INTEND THIS PRODUCT FOR HIGHWAY OR NON-COMPETITION OFF-ROAD PURPOSES DO NOT PURCHASE OR INSTALL THIS PRODUCT.
